such as processing fees or convenience fees. Any fees will be
clearly disclosed to you before you complete a transaction.

A standard gateway charges fee of 1.5% + ₦100 will be included.
₦100 will be waved out for transaction below ₦2,500.
You agree not to use the Bayright9ja service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, including but not limited to fraud, money laundering, or terrorist financing. You also agree not to use the Bayright9ja service to harass, defame, or threaten any person or entity, or to upload, post, or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, or objectionable.
Bayright9ja reserves the right to terminate your account or restrict your access to the Bayright9ja service at any time, for any reason, without notice. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting Bayright9ja customer support.
The Bayright9ja service and all content and materials available through the service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the property of Bayright9ja or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use any of these materials without the express written consent of Bayright9ja.
The Bayright9ja service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Bayright9ja does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that the service will meet your requirements or expectations.
